Process
The approval roadmap.
A development clears its approvals in a particular order. We set the sequence out at the start, so you always know where your project stands.
-
Land compliance and zoning
We begin by proving the land is legally ready to build on. Conversion, reclassification, due diligence, master-plan verification, and land-ceiling compliance are settled first, because everything downstream assumes the site can carry the development planned for it.
-
Planning and building permissions
With the land cleared, we secure the planning sanction: DTCP and CMDA approvals, municipal corporation permissions, and local-body clearances. This sets the layout, density, and building envelope the rest of the project is built within.
-
Environmental and pollution control
Before construction and operations, we secure the environmental consents: Consent to Establish, then Environmental Clearance where the project requires it. These are sequenced against the construction programme so the site is never waiting on a consent it could have held.
-
Statutory NOCs
We coordinate the mandatory departmental no-objection certificates: fire, traffic, public works, agriculture, airport authority, and revenue and highways. Each is pursued in parallel where it can be, and in order where one depends on another.
-
Infrastructure and power
We coordinate utility and power connections and liaise with the infrastructure departments. Load sanction and servicing are arranged ahead of the date the facility needs them, so the connection is not the thing that holds up commissioning.
-
Final energization
The roadmap closes with energization: the project moving from cleared to live. Consent to Operate is secured, and the development transitions from approvals into active operations, the point at which our long-term support continues.
You always know where your project stands.
